About
I hold a Ph.D. in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, U.S.A. My major research areas are: ecological planning, landscape planning, landscape architecture, and landscape ecology. My research deals with the application of landscape ecology principles and theories to landscape design and planning---more specifically, greenspace planning in broad urban regions. My dissertation research investigated forest bird-habitat relationships in urban regions across the eastern United States, and its application to broad-scale land-use plans, developing a conceptual planning framework for green spaces in urban regions.
★★★I'm currently seeking employment as a faculty at an assistant professor level in greenspace planning or urban ecological planning.★★★
